It has great and decent location, next to a direct flight path into Heathrow as well as the runway of Heathrow. The building is nice and the rooms are nice and warm with fan and comfy bed plus a nice bathroom. Would love to return!

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, really close to which is a couple stations from Heathrow airport, the city center by public transport and a direct flight path into Heathrow, in a calm area. Apart from that, Earl Haig Memorial was 20 minutes away by driving.

The place is perfect and fairly clean, everything is perfectly fine, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The location is peaceful and the food is local. Also, it's 3 km from Cranford Park.

The location was comfortable and unbeatable near the airport. Moreover, it was just off Heathrow Palace, and the tube station. The meals were good!

The room was well-equipped and clean, with a private bathroom. The staff was kind & lovely. The hotel had a residential setting near Heathrow Airport.

Room and bed were very clean
The breakfast was not good at all.only toast and one kind of marmalade, no cheese or sausage.if you felt like it, you could prepare the eggs yourself in the kitchen!heating only worked on demand.the noise of the airplane was very annoying.

The receptionist was very nice and courteous
The rooms are quite run-down and spartan.

The room was surprisingly good for the price. You were allowed to help yourself to coffee/tea around the clock.
The bathroom was tiny. Even adjusting the water temperature was a challenge. The "breakfast" consisted of toast, margarine and marmalade and some soluble food. Coffee - all self-service, the butter from a 1 kg common package was unusual to say the least.

Very convenient for Heathrow.
Noise from aircraft, but you can't be close to an airport without it.

When I walked into the street I had some misgivings based on the street appearance (even though I had chosen the guest house for its proximity to Heathrow Airport). I was pleasantly surprised when we were shown our room though. The beds looked just as decorated online. The house staff were very accommodating and ready to offer assistance. Adam( the hotel manager) was very resourceful in terms of offering travel tips. The free Wi-Fi had good connectivity and those without laptop have free internet access to the computer in the reception. The room had nice flat screen TV on the wall I liked the idea of 24hr access to beverages. the beds were comfortable The airplanes flying overhead did not bother me and I would have not noticed had I not read the earlier reviews. I felt at home here and would definitely use again.
I was hesitant about the fact that we had to leave keys at the front desk when going out( the reason they gave was to prevent loss )....but there were no issues with safety of our properties. Guests could use more channels on the TV as most of the entertainment channels were scrambled. The management should consider adding optional full English breakfast to the service as breakfast became very monotonous at some point. Daily bed sheet change should be enforced....especially if visible stains are present even though light.

In suburbia neighborhood - 10 min. Walk from underground - 2 stations from Heathrow. Staff very helpful.
Toilet seat wildly loose. They said they would fix, I stayed just one night so who knows whether they did.
